THE FELLOWSHIP MODEL

SHORT TERM

Projects by Fellows

We provide an opportunity to young talented individuals who are exceptional in their form of intelligence to be a teacher and teach extracurricular activities, to children from low-income communities in the most under-resourced schools. Unlike high-income schools, these schools do not have enough resources and trainers to expose children to various extra-curricular activities such that children can explore their kind of intelligence, their passion and their potential beyond academics.

Our Fellows set up their own projects based on their kind of intelligence, passion and expertise. These projects are based on extracurricular activities. Each project is assigned a school where our fellows work and help children explore their intelligence, celebrate it and equip skills for it.
