In the short term, through our fellowship program, we provide an opportunity to the most promising individuals who are exceptional in an art form or sport, to serve as trainers to children from low-income communities in some of nation’s most under-resourced schools. Through this experience of training and working with stakeholders like children, school leaders, parents and community members, our fellows get exposed to challenges in pursing an art or sport with respect to the grassroots realities of communities where our children come from. Through the fellowship, our fellows begin to identify their role in strengthening their field such that it provides immense scope and opportunities.

In the long-term, we engage and support our alumni to grow in their respective fields and strengthen it such that it provides immense scope and opportunities for individuals to be able to transform their lives through it. We believe this will lead to a systematic change through which art education and sports will be given the much deserved importance.
